Want to move forward but need some support and motivation?

Appointments can be face to face or digital.  We use Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime.
Face to face appointments will not take place if weather conditions prove a safety risk.

Contact us to find out more about how we can help by accessing counselling in a way that suits both your personality and lifestyle.
Face to face sessions take place on our premises in a private professional therapy room based in Grantham (NG31) and not in a home environment.  The location is air conditioned, comfortable with plenty of parking, secure access and multi purpose access to other organisations allowing for anonymity on entering.
To make rapid change, we use supportive face to face CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and professional education strategies to manage changes in personal, family and work life.  Longer term traditional Person Centred - Humanistic counselling can be given to support emotional issues for individuals who wish for more space and time to work through traumatic events.

"Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
CBT aims to help you change the way you think (cognitive) and what you do (behaviour). Rather than looking at past causes, it focuses on current problems and practical solutions to help you feel better now.  The way we think about situations affects the way we feel and behave. If we view a situation negatively, we may experience negative emotions and feelings which lead us to behave in an unhelpful way. Your therapist will help you identify and challenge any negative thinking so you can deal with situations better and behave in a more positive way
CBT can be helpful for depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, obsessions, eating disorders and managing long term conditions."   www.bacp.co.uk

Using psychological/educational techniques we work with conflict management in family units, relationship problems and  issues, general anxiety disorder, depression, guiding on development.  We work to finding strategies for people to become emotionally stronger for life's future events. Resilience building for a future more in control.

We offer flexible appointments (days, evenings or weekends).

For prices see Our People page to see the rates for each therapist.
