We offer support directly to organisations to offer mental health support in the workplace. Support can be either ongoing or situational. Often getting someone in the workplace with mental health support knowledge can be difficult. With a HR background we can support alongside an existing HR team with performance management processes, direct referral, one to one or group work. Education and awareness sessions can also be given to managers in general mental health or more complexed support following a diagnosis. Access to work support can be used to offer funding support or via EAP systems.
