Sessions take place on our premises in a private professional therapy room based in Grantham (NG31) and not in a home environment. The location is air conditioned, comfortable with plenty of parking, secure access and multi purpose access to other organisations allowing for anonymity on entering.
To get rapid change, we blend supportive face to face techniques (coaching, counselling and psychometric testing) to give strategies to manage changes in both personal, family and work life.
Using psychological/educational techniques we work to finding strategies for people to become emotionally stronger for life's future events. Resilience building for a future more in control.
We offer flexible appointments (days, evenings or weekends).
Our pricing structure is
For Dawn - £50 for 1hr (the most popular choice) £30 for 30 mins, £40 for 45 mins, £65 for 90 mins, £75 for 120 mins
Sessions can be booked at 1 hour minimum up to a 2 hour session for family or group session.
Couple counselling first sessions needs to be an hour and a half.
Our clients average 6 sessions.
